This is the first posada on the left. The rear part opening directly to the beach, with terrace there as well as on the rooftop (both with seating) to take advantage of the excellent sea view and breeze. The latter has roof, handsome rattan furniture, table and chairs, plus a hammock. Common social area with DirecTV and sound equipment. Meal service. They provide snorkeling equipment and beach towels. Normally sold in the standard package with lodging, meals, transfer to a nearby key (in their own boat) with picnic lunch (alcoholic beverages not included, but are available separately). By reservation only.
GETTING THERE: As option are internal flights from Caracas (45 minutes) price $120 - $160. Flight leaves: Maiquetía - Los Roques at 6.30 or 8:30 hours in the morning arriving at Los Roques at 9:15 hours. Departure: Los Roques - Maiquetía 17:00 arriving at Maiquetía national airport at 17:45 hours.
