FOOD:	International oriented food and Italian dishes, mostly based on fresh fish prepared by owner.
FACILITIES:	Plan for accommodation in Shanti includes: Breakfast and dinner with open bar. Spanish, English, and Italian spoken. As option during you stay en Los Roques you can enjoy: Day tour*, bone fishing, and scuba diving.

GETTING THERE: As option are internal flights from Caracas (45 minutes) price $120 - $160.

Flight leaves: Maiquetía - Los Roques at 6.30 or 8:30 hours in the morning arriving at Los Roques at 9:15 hours.

Departure: Los Roques - Maiquetía 17:00 arriving at Maiquetía national airport at 17:45 hours.
